Job Overview

As part of the Lagoon Seafood Quality Control Department, he is responsible for applying the quality standard required in the company. it must be present during productions to ensure that the quality procedures in place are carried out properly. it must also help to manage the company’s quality programs such as HACCP, Organic, Sustainable Fishing, BRC, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance
  • Presence at each production.
  • Ensure pre-operational inspections of the facility prior to commencement of operations.
  • Perform pre-production tests
  • Meta detector
  • Weight check
  • Surface test
  • Equipment testing: metal detectors, scales, thermometer, etc.

Documentation

Inspect and complete Quality Program forms. (Chemical concentration, glass breakage, etc.)
