Job Overview
The main role of the accountant for payables and Receivables is to support the Financial Controller. Daily bank entries and bank reconciliations (multiple bank accounts and currencies). Responsible of the accounting of AP and AR processes. Entered invoices after being approval Process the payment to the suppliers. Produce remittance advice

Duties and Responsibilities
- - The main role of the accountant for payables and Receivables is to support the Financial Controller.
- - Daily bank entries and bank reconciliations (multiple bank accounts and currencies).
- - Responsible of the accounting of AP and AR processes.
- - Entered invoices after being approval
- - Process the payment to the suppliers.
- - Produce remittance advice
- - Responsible to collect the receivable accounts
- - Be the contact person for the customers
- - Analyze accounts variances.
- - Participate in the validation of monthly results
- - Contribute to the review and monitoring of internal controls.
- - Perform special analysis when requested by directors or managers.
- - Assist in the preparation of annual year-end external audit.
- - Assist with Month-end
- - Other related tasks.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar functions.
- Detail oriented.
- Sense of initiative.
- Autonomous.
- Bilingual (French & English).
- Excel (Intermediate – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Accpac (SAGE)
