Lagoon Seafood celebrates its 30th anniversary at Grocery Innovations Canada, October 25 – 26, in Toronto – a first for the growing company

Lachine, Que., October 18, 2022 – Lagoon Seafood, a growing force in the North American fresh and frozen seafood sector, will attend and exhibit for the first time at the 2022 edition of Grocery Innovations Canada, Canada’s largest grocery trade event, October 25 and 26, in Toronto. The show brings together representatives from the country’s vast network of retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers and gives participants opportunities to network and meet with representatives from all facets of the grocery industry.

“We’re looking forward to showcasing our company and our brands to a large number of retailers and partners from coast to coast to coast,” says Michael Cheaib, business resource manager at Lagoon Seafood. “With our recent investments in the Ontario market, we are looking forward to making connections with many leaders in grocery retail. Lagoon Seafood will be located at booth #407 for the two-day event, where it will sample its best-selling Blue Tide salmon and tuna tartare among other signature fish and seafood products. Additionally, Lagoon Seafood executives including Robert Mignacco, Vice-President, and Stéphane Paré, Vice-President Sales, Hassan Al Attrache, Sales Director and Tony Vartivarian, Marketing Manager, will attend the show to present to partners the company’s growth plans.

In addition to presenting its innovative ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat value-added products, Lagoon Seafood will also present its newest technologies at the show, including the modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum packaging (Vac-Pack) and Skin pack, it uses for its signature brand, Blue Tide.
