Lagoon Seafood to launch new value-added products at the Restaurants Canada show in Toronto from May 9 to 11

Lachine, Que., April 25, 2022 – Lagoon Seafood, leaders in fresh and frozen seafood, will attend and exhibit in person at the 2022 Restaurants Canada (RC) show in Toronto, Ontario from May 9 to 11, 2022. The RC Show is Canada’s largest foodservice and hospitality event that brings the foodservice sector together to shop, taste, learn and connect with industry leaders. Members of Lagoon Seafood’s executive and management team will attend the three-day event.

“This is special for the team at Lagoon Seafood as it’s our first time participating in the RC Show,” said Michael Cheaib, business resource manager at Lagoon Seafood. “Over the last year we’ve focused on the development and on expanding our ready to eat and ready to cook products and new species for our retail and foodservice customers. This is the first year Lagoon Seafood will exhibit at the Restaurants Canada show. Lagoon Seafood can be found at booth #2312. Lagoon intends on meeting with existing customers, new members of the Canadian Seafood community and showcase a variety of new frozen and fresh seafood products.
