Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a deep dish.
- Beat the egg in a container.
- Put the bread crumbs into a second deep dish.
- Pass each cod loin in the flour then in the beaten egg and in the bread crumbs.
- Put the bread crumbs into a second deep dish.
- Place the breaded loins on the baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Take out the breaded cod loins and squeeze the lemon juice over them.
- Bake again for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot out of the oven with white rice.
