Serves 4 people. 340g of Blue Tide by Lagoon Seafood scallops. 1 French shallot. 1 teaspoon of butter, 4 teaspoons of white wine, 2 tablespoons of honey. 1 tablespoon of soya sauce.
Salt and pepper. 1 Fry the shallot in the butter then add the wine. Let cool a few minutes. 2 Add all the other ingredients except the scallops. 3 Cook the previously defrosted scallops in a very hot frying pan, 45 seconds on each side.
4 Serve the hot scallops accompanied with their hony sauce, and asparaguses for example.
