Preparation
- Rinse the fillets thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towel, season each side lightly with salt and set aside.
- Combine the melted butter (or olive oil) and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Combine the flour, chopped parsley and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the fillets in the butter/lemon juice mixture and dredge them in the flour mixture.
- Transfer the fillets to a non-stick baking sheet and drizzle the remaining butter/lemon mixture over the fish.
- Sprinkle the fillets with paprika. Bake at 375℉ (190℃). for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
