Instructions to use
Preparation
- Mix soy sauce, maple syrup and water.
- Place cod fillets in a shallow pan, cover with the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Remove fillets from marinade and put on a greased baking plate. Broil in oven at 205 C (400 F) for about 7 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, reduce marinade to 50% and drizzle over fish, then serve.
