Instructions to use

Preparation
  • In a dish, mix the parsley, the oil, the zest and lemon
    juice, salt, hot pepper akes, and the garlic.
  • Dry the Blue
    Tide hake llets with Kitchen roll. Add the llets to the
    parsley mixture and turn them on both sides to coat them
    well.
  • Put the sh llets on an oiled oven tray. Strew with
    remaining parsley mixture from the dish.
  • In a small saucepan, reduce marinade to 50% and drizzle over fish, then serve.
  • Bake in a preheated
    oven 450F (230C) for 10 minutes or until the esh of the
    sh akes easily with a fork.”
