Job description

  • - Work with customers and internal staff to complete the work necessary to "close" sales.
  • - Manage current client accounts and relationships; work to resolve outstanding issues and concerns.
  • - Participate in events and marketing activities as needed to support the achievement of commercial objects in the territory.
  • - Achieve expected sales results by selling and managing distributors as well as selling to end-user operators in the assigned geographic region.
  • - The sales approach will be based on understanding the customer's business needs and identifying product solutions that offer superior value.
  • - Make sales, produce and create impactful presentations. Proven solution-based selling solutions.
  • - Manage selected distribution partners in the geographic region; develop positive working relationships and manage local marketing programs and development.

  • - Maintain and update appropriate databases and sales support systems relating to account activity…etc.
  • - Monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Manage selected distribution partners in the geographic region; develop positive working relationships and manage local marketing programs and development.
  • - Provide management with written and verbal updates on business activity and competitive activity in the territory.
  • - Develop and implement an annual sales and marketing plan in conjunction with each channel partner to expand sales opportunities for FML products and achieve profitable revenue growth.
  • - Ensure new products are effectively introduced to channel partners to achieve desired revenue goals.
  • - Organize and support events and marketing activities as needed to support the achievement of business objectives in the geographic region.

Analytical Skills:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Business-Sales, Marketing, Culinary School, Food Service Management.

A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, primarily in food service.
