- Ability to build relationships quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, especially sounding/questioning listening and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use consultative selling skills, persuasive skills.
- Work with channel partners to resolve outstanding issues and concerns.
- Develop distribution and sales support activities to end-user customers.
- Manage local and national distribution programs and ensure they are structured and achieve expected results.

- Continuously develop and pursue a list of qualified leads and prospects for new end users.
- Meet current and potential customers; understand customer needs and identify/propose product solutions.
- Follow up with potential or current customers to develop new business opportunities through value-added selling.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Business-Sales, Marketing, Culinary School, Food Service Management.
A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, primarily in food service.
