Job Overview

The Team Leader is responsible for the proper functioning of the production line.

The Team Leader is responsible for the proper functioning of the production line.

He has a duty to maintain the flow of production in the room, fill out the production sheets properly and ensure that the team in the room maintains its efficiency, all the while participating in the production of the room.

The role of the Team Leader is strictly related to the production line and has no disciplinary connotations of the staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • - Preparation of the production line:
  • - Ensure that the production line starts up properly.
  • - Ensure that the labourers have the necessary tools for the day.
  • - Papers, Labels, Knives, Etc.
  • - Surface test
  • - Equipment testing: metal detectors, scales, thermometer, etc.
  • - Reports and Documents:
  • - Check the product inputs and outputs in the room.
  • - Complete production documents.
  • - Complete QC documents.
  • - Metal detector
  • - Weight test

    1) Good Operation in Production:
  • - Ensure you have the materials needed for production Boxes, Bags, Labels, Etc.
  • - Perform metal detector tests.
  • - Regulations on health & safety in production
  • - Code of ethics
  • - Train employees on new established procedures.

Qualifications and quality:

- Experience in food production

- Team spirit

- Steering

- Pay attention to the details

- Type of employment: Full-time, CDI

Ensure that the production room is rinsed off at the end of the shift, all equipment out of the room.

Team Support:

- Keep an eye on the proper functioning of production.

- Ensure that each employee maintains their productivity.
