Marinated grilled tilapia (Marinade of 4 tilapia fillets) 3/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tbsp pepper black, 1/4 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar, 1 2 cups finely chopped parsley, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 dash of tabasco. Combine all ingredients, except fillets, in a large jar and shake well. Marinate the fish in the marinade for 30 minutes. Remove the fillets from the marinade.
Place the fillets on the hot grill. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
