Instructions to use

Preparation
  • Chop the shallots finely, and cut the tomatoes in slices
  • Pour the oil in an oven dish and incline in order to spread evenly on the bottom
  • Lay out the chopped shallots and the slices of tomatoes at the bottom of the dish and on top of the defrosted fillets
  • Sprinkle the fillets with thyme, rosemary and marjoram
  • Place in the over at 180°C for 20 minutes
  • Serve with small potatoes or rice
