  • 1 box Blue Tide Bacon-Wrapped Scallops, frozen
  • 10 baby onions
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Lemon wedges to serve

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • STEP 02

    Skewer the wrapped scallops and the onions on small sticks, then arrange them on the baking sheet. Place a piece of butter and a little bit of zest on each scallop.

  • STEP 03

    Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the scallops are cooked through.

  • STEP 04

    Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
