Ingredients
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 60 g of Blue Tide seasoned Salmon tartare

Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat with cooking oil. In a bowl, mix the eggs with a whisk and add to the hot skillet. Stir the eggs 4-5 times. Let the eggs cook and when the edges begin to cook and dry up add the Blue Tide Seasoned Salmon Tartare in the middle of the eggs. Close the omelette by folding it in half. Serve immediately ready.
