  • 2 Bagels
  • 4 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 4 Slices of Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Tomato in slices
  • 2 leaves Iceberg salad
  • Capers (to taste)
  • Lemon (to taste)

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    With the help of a knife split the bagel into two rings.

  • STEP 02

    Spread cream cheese inside each slice.

  • STEP 03

    Place on one of them, two slices of smoked salmon, a salad leaf, a slice of tomato and some capers.

  • STEP 04

    Close the sandwich with the last slice of Bagel.

  • STEP 05

    To be enjoyed with a good coffee, a Sunday morning.
