The Ingredients
  • 1/2 sachet of chopped tuna for tartars
  • 5 yellow kiwis
  • 1 lemon
  • parsley for decoration

  • 1 tablespoon

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Wash the kiwis and slice 2 of them into slices while keeping the skin.

  • STEP 02

    Peel and slice the other 3 kiwis to make very small mini cubes.

  • STEP 03

    Pour the bluefin tuna into tartare in the bowl. Add the kiwi dice. Mix everything with delicacy.

  • STEP 04

    Place a nice tablespoon in each of the glasses.

  • STEP 05

    Place in each of them, a slice of kiwi.

  • STEP 06

    Slice a lemon into quarters. Serve everything together.
