The Ingredients
  • 1/2 sachet sliced tuna
  • 1/2 T Sushi Rice
  • 3/4 T Water for cooking rice
  • 1/4 T Rice vinegar
  • 1/4 Fresh mango
  • 1/4 Orange
  • 10g Matcha powder
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Wasabi to taste
  • Candied ginger to taste
Utensils
  • 1 small saucepan
  • 1 Slicer
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 clean baking sheet
  • 1 tbsp

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Rinse the rice with large water until clear. Soak the rice in the saucepan with cooking water for 30 min. When the time is up, Boil water then lower to low heat for 20 minutes covered. At the end of the 20min, remove the pan from the fire and let the rice sit covered for 10min.

  • STEP 02

    Never stir the rice. Meanwhile, cut the orange into 1/2 slices and the half mango into thin slices. cut. Reserve.

  • STEP 03

    Empty the rice on the pastry plate, pour little by little rice vinegar on top and matcha on it. Stir until it cools.

  • STEP 04

    Pour a few drops of rice vinegar into his hands and rub them. Take a good tablespoon of rice, pour it into his hand and shape with his hands a form of sushi. Book the sushi. Use all rice.

  • STEP 05

    Place 2 thin slices of mango on each sushi. Cover with a slice of tuna. Place 1/2 slice of orange next to it. Cool until eating.
