The Ingredients
  • 1 dozen anchovy fillets
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 100g of dried tomatoes stored in oil
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of capers

  • 1 large Stove
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 food processor
  • 1 large ramekin or 1 medium bowl (presentation)

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Thaw the anchovy fillets according to the instructions on the package.

  • STEP 02

    Chop the garlic cloves.

  • STEP 03

    In a large frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When it is hot, put the garlic in it. Cook until it is golden.

  • STEP 04

    In the mixer, put all the ingredients (including the garlic).

  • STEP 05

    Chop everything until you get a spreadable consistency.

  • STEP 06

    In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil.

  • STEP 07

    When the oil is hot, pour in the contents of the mixing bowl. Stir and cook everything for a good 5 minutes.
