Thaw Hake according to the instructions on the package. Then set aside on paper towel.
Wash and peel the carrot and cut into thin slices. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. While preparing the vegetables, on high heat, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
Put the vegetables in the broth for 2 min so that they are cooked but still slightly crunchy. Remove them using the skimmer and set aside half in each bowl.
Lower the heat and cut the hake fillet in thin slices from 1 cm to 5 mm minimum. –Place the fish gently into the broth to cook for about 5 minutes. It will firm up slightly in contact with heat.
Using a skimmer, carefully remove the fish and place it in the bowl with the vegetables.
Then using a ladle, pour broth over.
Garnish with parsley, coriander or grated cheese, to taste.
