The Ingredients
  • 4 sticks of Surimi
  • 2 portions of Fettucine
  • 1 tablespoon of Mascarpone
  • 10cl of Cooking Cream
  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of Coarse Salt
Utensils
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 large saucepan
  • 1 small saucepan
  • 1 whip

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Thaw surimi sticks as shown on thepackage.

  • STEP 02

    Boil water in a large saucepan with a nice pinch of coarse salt.

  • STEP 03

    When boiling, immerse the fettucini.

  • STEP 04

    Cut the surimi into small pieces.

  • STEP 05

    In the small saucepan over medium heat, melt the cream, mascarpone and Greek yogurt. Mix with the whisk until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • STEP 06

    When pasta is al dente, drain. Pour the sauce over it. mix well.

  • STEP 07

    Add the surimi. mix again.

  • STEP 08

    Serve with lime zest.

  • STEP 09

    Enjoy immediately.
