The Ingredients
  • 2 fillets of Tilapia
  • 2 or 4 Tortillas
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric mayonnaise (or vegenaise)
  • 1/2 canned Black Beans
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 Lawyer
  • the juice of half a Lemon
  • 1 Tomato

  • 1 pinch of smoked Paprika
  • 1 drizzle of Olive Oil

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Thaw the tilapia as directed on the package.

  • STEP 02

    Preheat oven to 400F (200 Celsius or Thermostat 6).

  • STEP 03

    In a saucepan, over low heat, heat a drizzle of olive oil. Pour the beans black, garlic and onion powder, a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir from time to time time and simmer all soft for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 04

    On a sheet of parchment arranged a baking sheet, place the tilapia fillets.

  • STEP 05

    Salt, pepper on 2 sides of the fillets and pour a little olive oil also on it.

  • STEP 06

    Bake for about 15 minutes. Nets should whiten and be firm to the touch at the end of cooking.

  • STEP 07
