The Ingredients
  • 907g Blue Tide Pacific White Shrimp (easy peel), thawed completely
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 60g unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 4 French thyme sprigs, plus more to serve
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Lemon wedges to serve

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add the olive oil, the shrimp, then season with salt and black pepper. Add the butter, minced garlic, and thyme sprigs. Pan-fry for about 4 minutes while stirring, or until the shrimp just start to turn pink.

  • STEP 02

    Add the lemon juice and let the shrimp cook for about 2 minutes, or until cooked through. Do not overcook them.

  • STEP 03

    Transfer to serving bowls, drizzle with the butter sauce, garnish with thymes leaves, and serve with lemon wedges.
