Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

    Grind pomegranate seeds, salt, green chillies, tamarind pulp, garlic cloves and corriander powder.

    Marinate tilapia with the batter and keep it aside for 40 minutes.

  • STEP 03

    In a pan add 1 tsp of olive oil and grill marinated fish it’s cooked completely… savour it with vegetables and garlic rice
