The Ingredients
  • 12 Lagoon Seafood Tiger Shrimps
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Clementines
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 cl (2 tablespoons) Extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 g (1 teaspoon) butter
Utensils
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Sharp knife (essential)
  • 1 Bowl (for juices)
  • 1 Stove
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 1 Small strainer
  • 2 Plates

Steps to follow

  • STEP 01

Thaw the shrimp as directed on the package.

  • STEP 02

Cut the citrus fruits in supremes. To do this, cut the 2 ends of the fruit so that it is stable on your board. Then, cut the skin of fruit, being careful not to cut in the flesh but in "the white". Then take the fruit in the other direction, and follow the contours of the fruit with your knife to remove any white membrane. Each fruit must be clear of all peel and pith.

  • STEP 03

Then, over the bowl, take the fruit in your hand. Run the blade of the knife along a white membrane to the heart of the fruit. Do the same thing along the membrane on the other side of the supreme in order to release the segment. Repeat the step until there are no more segments on the fruit. Then squeeze the white membranes in your hand to extract a maximum of juice. Repeat the process for each of the citrus fruit. Place the citrus segments in the plates.

  • STEP 04

    Reserve the mixed juices.
