Marinate Basa fish with 1 tsp each of red chilli powder crushed, cumin powder, corriander powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala and salt.
In a pan pour 2 tsp of olive oil and grilled Basa each side for 2 minutes on low to medium flame. While turning sides sprinkle lemon and chopped garlic for an enhance aroma.
